ETW, LLC was founded in 2005 and is a joint venture comprised of staff from Community Engineering & Building Services, LLC (CEBS), Norris & Associates, Inc. (NAI), and Zoe Engineering, LLC.  ETW, LLC is focused on serving clients with electrical, transportation, and water resource needs. ETW’s contributing firms bring many years of experience to this venture in the following areas: civil, environmental, and transportation engineering services; electrical power, instrumentation, and controls and plan automation engineering services; GIS mapping and development; master planning; and hydrologic/hydraulic modeling and analysis.  

Following are descriptions of several projects representative of ETW’s capabilities.

Zoe Engineering, LLC (Electrical) was founded in October 1999 by Daphne M. Wilson. Ms. Wilson is principle owner of the company.  The company provides electrical power, instrumentation and controls and plant automation engineering services.  The company was conceived out of a mission to serve a pre-existing and ongoing relationship in the local Municipal Water/Wastewater and Power Generation markets.   Since its inception, Zoe has expanded its services to include the Commercial and Industrial markets.

Community Engineering & Building Services, LLC (CEBS) (Transportation) was established in January 2003 as a regional engineering firm to provide civil, environmental and transportation engineering services to the clients in both the public and private sectors. To provide these services, CEBS has selected highly qualified staff members with the appropriate skills, training and experience to effectively handle the delivery of these types of projects.

NAI provides planning and design services by incorporating a cost-effective approach to insure quality.  With increased concern for the environment, NAI also remains committed to ecologically responsible and cost-effective solutions to manage the increasing demands upon our natural resources.
